5 | Annabelle potatoes |
1/4 cup / 50 ml | Butter |
1 | Shallot(onion) |
3oz / 85 g | Cream chees |
3oz / 85g | Double cream brie |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | Sour cream |
Directions
1) In a frying pan melt butter then add the sliced potatoes and grill till nice and brown then flip them on the other side and do the same about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. 2) Add your shallots and cheese mix in till melted. 3) Finish with sour cream and serve with a bit of sliced green onion.
