Yuppies Scalloped Potato-Annabelle

5 Annabelle potatoes
1/4 cup / 50 ml Butter
1 Shallot(onion)
3oz / 85 g Cream chees
3oz / 85g Double cream brie
1 tbsp / 15 ml Sour cream


1) In a frying pan melt butter then add the sliced potatoes and grill till nice and brown then flip them on the other side and do the same about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. 2) Add your shallots and cheese mix in till melted. 3) Finish with sour cream and serve with a bit of sliced green onion. Serves 2 to 4.
