6 | Yellow potatoes |
1 cup / 250 ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup / 63 ml | Sugar |
1 Tbsp / 15 ml | Yellow mustard |
2 | Eggs |
1/4 cup / 63 ml | Milk |
dash | Paprika |
To taste | Salt & Pepper |
Directions
Boil potatoes until fully cooked, then mash them really well. Put mayonnaise , milk, mustard and sugar in separate bowl and stir. ** Keep tasting for the right amount of sweetness. Add more sugar, milk, mustard or whatever to give the desired sweet taste. Mash eggs and stir in with potatoes. Then add the mayonaise-mustard mixture to the potatoes and eggs.
