Twice Baked Tuna Stuffed Potatoes

1 tbsp / 15 ml | Grated onion |
1 can / 284 ml | Chedder cheese soup |
8 large | Baking potatoes |
2.7 oz can / 170 g can | Tuna(drained) |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | Paprika |
1/4 tsp / 1 ml | Salt |
4 slices | Processed cheese |
2 tbsp / 30 ml | Butter or margarine |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | Parsley(chopped) |
2 drops | Tabasco sauce |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees 1) Wash potatoes 2) Pierce potatoes several times with a fork than rub them all over with butter. 3) Bake 1 1/2 hours 4) Mix tuna, onion, chopped parsley, chedder cheese soup, paprika, tabasco sause and salt in a large bowl. Set aside 5) Using a sharp knife cut the each potato lengthwise. Scoop out inside of potatoes and add to the tuna mixture. 6) Mix well, spoon the potato and tuna mixture back into the potatoe skins. 6) Cut each cheese slice in half and place one piece on top of each potato. 7) Place stuffed potatoes in a shallow dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
