|3-8 cloves||Fresh Garlic|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||Butter|
|1-2 tbsp / 15- 30 ml||Fresh Parsley|
|1/4-1/2 cup / 50-125 ml||Milk|
Directions1. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into quarters. Boil till tender. 2. Mince garlic..use as much or little as you like. 3. Melt butter in small frying pan and add minced garlic cook over medium to low heat till garlic is tender.(Do not burn garlic). Set aside. 4. Drain potatoes and add garlic butter and mash till smooth, add as much milk as needed to moisten. Add salt, pepper and parsley, mix well. Whipping the potatoes makes them even more fluffy.
