5-8 potatoes | Potatoes |
3-4 | Yellow Onions |
2 cans / 568 ml | Cream of Chicken Soup |
to taste | Salt |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Spray baking dish and the cover with cooking spray. 3. Place a layer of sliced potatoes than a layer of onions, dollop ½ can of soup over each layer, equaling 4 layers. Repeat till dish is full. (No need to spread the soup as it will spread when cooking) 4. Bake covered for 1 hour, remove cover and bake for one more hour or until lightly browned.
