8-10 / 8 - 10 Potatoes peeled/boiled/mashed
1 large tub / 1 large tub Sour Cream
4 ozs / 120ml Cream Cheese
to taste salt & pepper
1 cup / 250ml Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp / 30ml Butter/ melted

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450F Wash, peel, boil, and mash potatoes. Add salt, pepper, cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until very creamy. Place in 9 x 9 baking dish. Melt butter and mix well with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake for 40 minutes. (if keeping overnight use saran wrap instead of foil.
