8-10 / 8 - 10 | Potatoes peeled/boiled/mashed |
1 large tub / 1 large tub | Sour Cream |
4 ozs / 120ml | Cream Cheese |
to taste | salt & pepper |
1 cup / 250ml | Bread Crumbs |
2 tbsp / 30ml | Butter/ melted |
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450F Wash, peel, boil, and mash potatoes. Add salt, pepper, cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until very creamy. Place in 9 x 9 baking dish. Melt butter and mix well with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake for 40 minutes.
