Steamed Fat Pork Potatoes

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
1/4 lb / 120 g pork fat
2 mediun onion
4 medium potato
to taste salt
to taste pepper

Directions

Slice pork fat into thin strips, cover skillet with layer of pork fat and fry until it becomes transluscent. Thinly slice onion and slice potato about 1/4 inch. Layer onion and potato with potato as last layer. Season with salt and pepper between layers, and sprinkle parsley flakes over top. Cover and let simmer until potato is tender. Great side dish with wild game.
