Ingredients

Ingredient	Amount
2	Eggs
2 cups / 500 mL	Chopped cooked roast beef
1 can	Beef gravy
1 cup / 250 mL	Mashed potatoes
to taste	Salt and Pepper

Directions

Combine roast beef and gravy. Place in a buttered baking dish and cover with mashed potatoes. Brush with beaten eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the potatoes are slightly brown.
