3 / 3 | Baking potatoes |
1/3 cup / 83 ml | Flour |
1/3 cup / 83 ml | Parmesan Cheese (fresh) |
2 tsp / 10 ml | Paprika |
1/3 cup / 83 ml | Whole Milk |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 1) Wash potatoes and cut into thirds. 2) Mix together flour, cheese and paprika in a bowl. 3) Place milk in another bowl. 4) Dip potato wedges in milk than coat them with your flour mixture. 5) Place potato wedges on a baking dish and drizzle with butter. 6) Bake for 45-50 minutes turning potatoes 1/2 way through - until golden brown.This potato recipe is brought to you courtesy of Patricia Harley.
