Seafood Topped Baked Potato

1/2 lb / 00 Bacon
1 cup / 250 ml Potato (mashed)
2 1/2 cups / 375 ml Potato (cubed)
6 Fresh Muchrooms
1 large Yellow Onion
2 Green Onion
2 tsp / 2 Cornstarch
1 1/2 cups Shrimp (large)
1 cup / 250 ml Lobster
1 cup / 250 ml Haddock
1 cup / 250 ml Mussels
1/4 cup / 75 ml Carrots(shredded)
4 1/2 cups / 1125 ml Milk
1 cup / 250 ml Cream 10%

Directions

Bake potatoes in oven at 400 degrees for a hour To make seafood chowder . Place cubed potatoes in a large pot. Add 1 tsp of salt and cover with water. Bring to a boil than just simmer until potatoes are tender. Cook bacon when almost done place cut up onion in and cook until softened. When potatoes are cooked drain the water and add your bacon and onion mixture. Add your milk, cream and all other ingredients except green onion. Cook on medium heat until steamy hot, add green onion. Continue cooking until thickened.
