Ingredients

3 | Potatoes, large |
1/3 cup / 80 ml | Sheddred Carrots |
1/3 cup / 80 ml | Bacon |
3 tbsp / 45 ml | Yellow Onion, minced |
1 tsp / 5 ml | Dried Chives |
2 1/2 cups / 625 ml | Chicken Broth |
2 cups / 500 ml | 18 % Cream |
1 tsp / 5 ml | Salt |
5 dashes | Tabasco sauce |
1 cup / 250 ml | 2 % Milk |
1 lb / 500 g | Seafood Mix |
1/4 cup / 50 ml | Mozzarella Cheese |
1/4 cup / 50 ml | Butter |
3 tbsp / 45 ml | All Purpose Flour |
Directions
Directions: In a large saucepan, melt butter whisk in flour. Add broth, milk, cream, carrots and potatoes, stirring frequently. Add seafood mix, and of the other ingredients (except the cheese). Simmer on low heat for approximately 1-2 hours (for full flavor incorporation). Add cheese about 5 minutes before serving.
