Scalloped Potatoes with Corn

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
5-6 cups / 1.5 L 8 medium potatoes (sliced)
14 oz can / 440 ml 1 can green giant cream corn
1 large onion (sliced)
pinch salt and pepper
1/4 Cup / 62 ml Butter/Margarine

Directions

Peel and slice potatoes. Add one large sliced onion. Add one can of cream corn, salt and pepper. Mix and cook for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven in a covered dish. Once the potatoes are cooked add dabs of butter and place on broil until top is crusty. Approximately 3-5 minutes. Serve with ham slices or pork chop for a great side.
