Scalloped Potatoes with Corn

5-6 cups / 1.5 L | 8 medium potatoes (sliced) |
14 oz can / 440 ml | 1 can green giant cream corn |
1 | large onion (sliced) |
pinch | salt and pepper |
1/4 Cup / 62 ml | Butter/Margarine |
Directions
Peel and slice potatoes. Add one large sliced onion. Add one can of cream corn, salt and pepper. Mix and cook for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven in a covered dish. Once the potatoes are cooked add dabs of butter and place on broil until top is crusty. Approximately 3-5 minutes.
