|4 cups / 1000 ml||Potatoes|
|1 can||Cream of mushroom soup|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Milk|
|2 cups / 500 ml||Bacon|
|2 cups / 500 ml||Shredded cheese|
DirectionsPreheat oven to 450. Cut potatoes into thin slices and place in a Casserole dish. Mix together cream of mushroom soup with the milk and pour over potatoes. Cook bacon, crumble over potatoes, top with cheese and place in oven for 1 hour or until tender and brown.
