Scallop Potatoes

Ingredient Amount
4 cups / 1000 ml Potatoes
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup / 125 ml Milk
2 cups / 500 ml Bacon
2 cups / 500 ml Shredded cheese


Preheat oven to 450. Cut potatoes into thin slices and place in a Casserole dish. Mix together cream of mushroom soup with the milk and pour over potatoes. Cook bacon, crumble over potatoes, top with cheese and place in oven for 1 hour or until tender and brown.
