1 | garlic bulb - cloves separated |
1/3 cup / 80ml | green onion diced |
2 tbsp / 25ml | margarine |
2 1/2 lbs / 1 kg | potatoes peeled, cooked |
1 tbsp / 15ml | dijon mustard |
1 1/2 cups / 375ml | milk |
1/2 cup / 125ml | cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup / 80ml | fresh parsely chopped |
sprinkle | olive oil generous sprinkle |
Directions
Pre heat oven to 400F. To roast garlic - separate cloves from a large bulb. Place cloves on foil wrap sprinkle generously with olive oil and fold. Put in oven to roast for about 45 minutes. Let it cool and peel. In a sauce pan melt the margarine, add garlic and green onions and saute for 15 min. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Adjust flavor with salt and pepper.
