Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
8 small potatoes - sliced
1/4 cup / 50ml Water
3 slices of bacon fried/crumbled
2 Tbsp / 25ml Sundried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
1/2 cup / 125ml Mozza Cheddar shredded cheese

Directions

Slice and cook potatoes. Cook Bacon until crisp and crumble, or use pre-made real bacon bits. Heat the dried tomato and oregano dressing in skillet then add potatoes until golden. You may have to add more dressing. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bacon. Cover skillet and cook for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
