8 | small potatoes - sliced |
1/4 cup / 50ml | Water |
3 | slices of bacon fried/crumbled |
2 Tbsp / 25ml | Sundried Tomato & Oregano Dressing |
1/2 cup / 125ml | Mozza Cheddar shredded cheese |
Directions
Slice and cook potatoes. Cook Bacon until crisp and crumble, or use pre-made real bacon bits. Heat the dried tomato and oregano dressing in skillet then add potatoes until golden. You may have to add more dressing. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bacon.
