Ingredients
Ingredient | Amount |

2 cups / 500 ml | Mashed potatoes |
1 cup / 250 ml | Cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup / 63 ml | Chives |
1 tsp each / 5 ml | Salt and pepper |
2 cups / 500 ml | Crushed corn flakes |
Directions
Cook potatoes, and mash them. Add cheese, (& chives if you like), salt and pepper to taste. Cool mixture. Roll into logs (2-3 inches long) and coat with crushed corn flakes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake for 30 minutesThis potato recipe is brought to you courtesy of Cheryl Wolfe.
