Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
2 cups / 500 ml Mashed potatoes
1 cup / 250 ml Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup / 63 ml Chives
1 tsp each / 5 ml Salt and pepper
2 cups / 500 ml Crushed corn flakes

Directions

Cook potatoes, and mash them. Add cheese, (& chives if you like), salt and pepper to taste. Cool mixture. Roll into logs (2-3 inches long) and coat with crushed corn flakes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake for 30 minutes
