|2 cups / 500 ml||Mashed Potatoes|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Sour Cream or Plain yogurt|
|2 tbsp / 30 ml||Grated Onion|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Buttered Bread Crumbs|
Directions1. Wash and peel potatoes. 2. Boil potatoes until soft, drain extra water from potatoes and mash. 3. Add sour cream or yogurt and beat until creamy. 4 Add onion, salt and pepper. Spoon into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle liberally with buttered crumbs. 5. Let cool and place in refrigerator until needed or heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
