3 cups / 750ml | leftover potatoes- diced or mashed |
3 cups / 750ml | leftover cooked ham diced |
1 1/2 cups / 375ml | brocolli - large head cut to fine florets |
1 / 1 | Large onion diced |
1/2 package | philadelphia cream cheese softened 1/2 large package |
1/4 cup / 50ml | milk |
to taste | season to taste |
Directions
The quantites depends on the size of the casserole and how many rows you want to do. In a deep dish place a row of potatoes - a row of ham - one of brocolli and onions. Heat a bit of milk with the softened philadelphia cheese, mix together and spread on top of layers. Season to taste, myself I put some salt and pepper, garlic plus I like 1/4 of a teaspoon and a few grains of red peppers.
