Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
3 cups / 750ml leftover potatoes- diced or mashed
3 cups / 750ml leftover cooked ham diced
1 1/2 cups / 375ml brocolli - large head cut to fine florets
1 / 1 Large onion diced
1/2 package philadelphia cream cheese softened 1/2 large package
1/4 cup / 50ml milk
to taste season to taste

Directions

The quantites depends on the size of the casserole and how many rows you want to do. In a deep dish place a row of potatoes - a row of ham - one of brocolli and onions. Heat a bit of milk with the softened philadelphia cheese, mix together and spread on top of layers. Season to taste, myself I put some salt and pepper, garlic plus I like 1/4 of a teaspoon and a few grains of red peppers. Cook at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes.
