Ingredients

2 1/2 cups / 625 ml Cooked diced potato
1/2 cup / 125 ml Sour cream
1/2 cup / 125 ml Chopped celery
1/4 cup / 63 ml Chopped onion
1 can / 284 ml Cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup / 63 ml Diced green pepper
4 Tbsp / 60 ml Mayo
1 pound / 454 grams Fish fillets, Cod or Haddock
1 cup / 250 ml Grated chedder cheese.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 1) Mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and chopped celery together. 2) Then add chopped onion, mayo, cooked diced potatoes and diced green pepper, mix well. 3) Grease a casserole dish than layer 1/2 the mixture on the bottom. Add the fish (patted dry) than the rest of the mixture. 4) Top the whole mixture with cheese and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Enjoy.
