Ingredients

| 6-8 | potatoes (medium) |
| 1 | salted crackers 1 envelope |
| 1/2 cup / 125ml | butter or margerine |
| to taste | salt @ pepper |
| 2 tbsp / 25ml | summer savory |
| 1 | onion finely chopped |
Directions
Cook potatoes when done mash. Melt butter or margarine in fry pan. Add onion, cook until transparent but still firm. Crush envelope of crackers finely. Add to mash pototes. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and summer savory. Mix well. Pour onion mixture into potato mixture, rinse fry pan with 1/4 cup water and add this to the potato mixture. Mix well. With this recipe I will stuff the turkey or I will put it in tin foil and bake it in the oven last 15 to 20 minutes of cooking turkey.
