Potato cinnamon rolls

Ingredient Amount
1/3 cup / 80 ml Mashed potato
4 cups / 1000 ml Flour
1 tsp / 5 ml Salt
5 tsp / 25 ml Baking power
1/2 cup / 125 ml Shortening
1 Cup / 250 ml Milk
1/3 cup / 80 ml Butter
3/4 Cup / 185 ml Brown sugar
2-3 Tbsp / 30-45 ml Cinnamon

Directions

To make the dough: Mix Mashed potato, flour, salt, baking powder, shortening, and milk together. Roll out to a half inch thick. Now mix 1/3 melted butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2-3 tbsp of cinnamon together and spread over dough. Roll up like a log and then slice 1 inch thick, place on a cookie sheet (lined with parchment) Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until golden brown)
