Potato cinnamon rolls

| 1/3 cup / 80 ml | Mashed potato |
| 4 cups / 1000 ml | Flour |
| 1 tsp / 5 ml | Salt |
| 5 tsp / 25 ml | Baking power |
| 1/2 cup / 125 ml | Shortening |
| 1 Cup / 250 ml | Milk |
| 1/3 cup / 80 ml | Butter |
| 3/4 Cup / 185 ml | Brown sugar |
| 2-3 Tbsp / 30-45 ml | Cinnamon |
Directions
To make the dough: Mix Mashed potato, flour, salt, baking powder, shortening, and milk together. Roll out to a half inch thick. Now mix 1/3 melted butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2-3 tbsp of cinnamon together and spread over dough. Roll up like a log and then slice 1 inch thick, place on a cookie sheet (lined with parchment) Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until golden brown)This potato recipe is brought to you courtesy of Joanne Tuplin.
