|1 can / 284 ml||Cream of Mushroom Soup|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Sour Cream|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
|1/3 cup / 80 ml||Chopped Onion|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Corn Flakes(crushed)|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||Melted Butter or Margarine|
|10||Potatoes (medium size)|
DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. 1. Wash and peel potatoes, dice them and mix soup, cheese, onion and sour cream together. Place in greased 9-13 inch casserole dish. 2. Mix crushed corn flakes and melted butter together and place on top of the casserole. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
