|1/4 cup / 50 ml||Grated Cheddar Cheese|
DirectionsBoil the cabbage with the onions. When cooked strain but reserve the water for boiling the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in the reserved water. Mash with milk and butter as desired. Add the cooked cabbage, onions and lightly stir. Spread in a casserole dish, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and place under broiler until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
