|8 oz / 1 package||Cream cheese|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||Butter|
|2||Green Onion (chopped small)|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Sour Cream|
Directions1. Peel and boil potatoes till tender, than drain remaining water. 2. Mash potatoes while hot adding cream cheese and butter so it will melt quickly. Add the rest of ingredients (except croutons), stirring to blend. 3. Place in glass casserole dish and sprinkle with broken croutons or coarse bread crumbs. 4. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or place in fridge for a couple of days. You can also freeze for up to a week, just thaw before baking. Enjoy!
