Onion Potatoes

Ingredients

| 6-8 / 6 -8 | Griffin potatoes |
| 1 pk / 1pk | Dry onion soup mix |
| 1 can | can of mushrooms |
| 2 Tbsp / 30ml | margarine |
| 1 cup / 250ml | Mozza cheese shredded |
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes and place in casserole dish. Add in onion soup mix, canned mushrooms and butter. Cook in oven at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Take out and place mozzarella cheese all over the top then place back in oven on broil until cheese is melted and brown.
