2 cups / 500ml | 6 potatoes peeled/boiled/mashed |
1 cup / 250ml | salt pork minced |
2 cups / 500ml | Flour |
2 tsp / 10ml | Baking powder |
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Scrub/peel and boil potatoes. Mash well. Add minced salt pork and combine well. In a separate bowl mix baking powder and flour. Add to the mashed potatoes and salt pork.
