2 cups / 500ml 6 potatoes peeled/boiled/mashed
1 cup / 250ml salt pork minced
2 cups / 500ml Flour
2 tsp / 10ml Baking powder

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400F. Scrub/peel and boil potatoes. Mash well. Add minced salt pork and combine well. In a separate bowl mix baking powder and flour. Add to the mashed potatoes and salt pork. Mix together and form into oval patties. Bake for 1/2 hour or until brown.
