DirectionsDice potatoes, NOTE: Garlic, salt and pepper (onion optional) are to your taste. Mix all together thoroughly (may add green onion) and pour onto one of the following sprayed with no-stick spray: %u2022 a baking sheet %u2022 fry pan %u2022 wrapped in foil and perforated for the BBQ For the oven, bake @ 400º for about 40 min. turning at least once. For the fry pan, cook on medium (depending on how hot your stove heats) until evenly browned (stirring often) %u2013 approx. 20-30 min. For the BBQ, cook on low %u2013 med., turning frequently (to avoid burning) for about 20-30 min. Good served as is or with sour cream.
