|1/2 cup / 120 ml||butter|
|1/2 cup / 120 ml||milk|
|1 cup / 250 ml||cream cheese|
|to taste||salt and pepper|
DirectionsBoil potatoes until tender. Drain. Mash with butter and milk. Using a mixer, add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Take 2 Tablespoons of the potato mixture in a small bowl and beat with one egg. Mix with remaining potato mixture and and grated onion, mixing well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour until potatoes are slightly browned. Serve immediately.
