|1 cup / 250 ml||Cheddar Cheese, Shredded|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Sour cream|
|1||Small onion, finely diced|
|5 slices||Bacon, crumbled|
|3 tbsp / 45 ml||Butter|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Dried Rosemary|
DirectionsPreheat grill to medium heat. Combine rosemary, butter, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Cut potatoes in half and hollow out the center of each half. Place potatoes in the microwave for 6-7 minutes then brush potatoes with butter mixture. Place potatoes on grill rack skin side up. Grill for 5 minutes, turn, and grill for another 3 minutes. Add cheese to potatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from grill, and top with crumbled bacon, onion, and sour cream.
