|10 cups / 2500 ml||Grated potatoes|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Raw beaten eggs|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Salt|
|1/2 tsp / 2 ml||Pepper|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Cracker crumbs|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Flour|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||Knot Chicken Stock Powder|
DirectionsPreheat oven to 350F Combine all ingredients. Spray muffin tins with oil and spray around the openings Fill each muffin space with mixture until rounded Spray (or brush) potato muffins with oil Place in oven Bake for 35 minutes and if necessary, broil at end to brown tops.
