5lbs / 2.27kg | potatoes |
/ 2 tubs | sour cream |
/ 1 large pk. | philidelphia cream cheese |
2 cups / 500ml | cheddar cheese |
Directions
Peel and boil potato. Drain, mash and beat with electric beater while still hot for about 5 minutes. Add sour cream, and softened cream cheese. Blend well. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13 casserole dish, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees,until cheddar cheese is melted (15-20 min) Enjoy!
