Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
5lbs / 2.27kg potatoes
/ 2 tubs sour cream
/ 1 large pk. philidelphia cream cheese
2 cups / 500ml cheddar cheese

Directions

Peel and boil potato. Drain, mash and beat with electric beater while still hot for about 5 minutes. Add sour cream, and softened cream cheese. Blend well. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13 casserole dish, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees,until cheddar cheese is melted (15-20 min) Enjoy! This is just divine!!!
