Easy Parmesan Potatoes

4 Large russet potatoes
1/4 cup / 63 ml Butter
1/4 cup / 63 Grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp / 7.5 ml Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp / 7.5 Italian seasonings

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 1) Wash and pierce potatoes. 2) Bake potatoes for one hour. 3) Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 pan, spread evenly across the bottom. 4) Sprinkle parmesan cheese, garlic powder and italian seasoning on the butter. 5) Slice the baked potatoes into 1-2 inch rounds and place face down in the pan. 6) Brush top side of the potatoes with additional butter if desired. 7) Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. 8) Serve with sour cream or Ranch dressing.
