Easy Creamy Potato Salad

| 3 lbs / 1.36 Kg | Potatoes (any variety) |
| 1/2 Cup / 125 ml | Mayonnaise |
| 2 tbsp / 30 ml | Ranch or Caesar salad dressing |
| 1/4 Cup / 63 ml | Green Pepper (chopped fine) |
| 1/4 Cup / 63 ml | Red Onion (chopped fine) |
| 1/4 Cup / 63 ml | Celery (chopped fine) |
| To taste | Pepper |
| To taste | Paprika |
| Optional | Cooked bacon (Shredded) |
Directions
