Deluxe Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
6 Baking Potatoes
1/3 cup / 83 ml Margarine
1/2 cup / 125 ml Sour Cream
1/4 cup / 63 ml Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup / 125 ml Green Onions
1 cup / 250 ml Bacon
2 cups / 500 ml Shredded Marble Cheese
1/2 tsp / 2.5 ml Salt
1/2 tsp / 2.5 ml pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees 1) Wash potatoes than pierce potatoes with a fork and bake for 1 hour. 2) Fry bacon(crumble when cool). 3) Chop green onion and shred cheese. 4) Remove potatoes and cut diagonal(let cool for 5 minutes). 5) Scoop potatoes from skin and place in a large bowl(be careful not to rip the skins). 6) Add milk, margarine, sour cream, salt and pepper to the scooped potatoes. Mash ingredients together well than add half of the green onion, cheese and bacon, mash alittle more. 7) Scoop potatoe mixture back into the empty potatoe skins. 8) Lay potatoe skins on a baking sheet and top with the remaining onions, bacon and cheese. 9) Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese ie melted. Let cool for 10 minutes and Enjoy.
