Crispy Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
2 lb / 907 g Compliments Medley Petite Potatoes-( Red, Yellow and Blue potatoes..
3 tbsp / 90 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp / 5 ml Garlic Salt
1 tsp / 5 ml Seasoning Salt
pinch Sea Salt ( if you really like salt)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Slice potatoes into thirds or quarters depending on size. Place onto cookie sheet (rimmed) and drizzle with olive oil (enough to coat all potatoes evenly) 3. Sprinkle salts over top (Be Generous!!) and toss potatoes with your hands. 4. Place into oven for approx. 35-40mins, flipping with a spatula at half way. Let cool for a few minutes and Enjoy!! They are addicting unfortunately. :) Recipe for seasoning salt. * 6 tablespoons salt * 1/2 teaspoon dreid thyme leaves * 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic power * 2 1/4 teaspoons paprika * 1 teaspoon dry mustard * 1/4 teaspoon onion powder * 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
