|1 cup / 250 ml||Sour Cream|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Italian Bread Crumbs|
|2 tbsp / 30 ml||Margarine or Butter|
|1/2 tsp / 2 ml||Salt|
|1/2 tsp / 2 ml||Pepper|
DirectionsPeel and boil potatoes, for faster cooking time cut potatoes into small pieces. When tender drain and mash potatoes by hand until smooth. Add sour cream, cream cheese and whip using an electric beater for 1 minute. Pour into a large greased casserole dish. Spread the margarine across the top of the potatoes than sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
