Chef Alain Scalloped Potatoes & Brie Goat Cheese

Ingredient Amount
30ml / 2 tbsp butter
6 Annabelle potatoes skin on
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
2ml / 1/2 tsp ground pepper
90g / 3 oz double cream brie goat cheese
125ml / 1/2 cup sour cream
50ml / 1/4 cup fresh chives
1/2 tsp / 2ml additional chives for garnish


In a good size frying pan, melt butter; add potatoes, garlic and ground pepper. Cook potatoes. Be patient, allow potatoes to brown a bit before turning. Once turned, add goat cheese. Mix until it starts to melt. Add sour cream and chives. Garnish with Chives.
