|90g / 3 oz||double cream brie goat cheese|
|125ml / 1/2 cup||sour cream|
|50ml / 1/4 cup||fresh chives|
|1/2 tsp / 2ml||additional chives for garnish|
DirectionsIn a good size frying pan, melt butter; add potatoes, garlic and ground pepper. Cook potatoes. Be patient, allow potatoes to brown a bit before turning. Once turned, add goat cheese. Mix until it starts to melt. Add sour cream and chives. Garnish with Chives.
