Baked Potato Cassarole

2 Cup / 500 ml Sour Cream
6-8 Large Potatoes
1 Cup / 250 ml Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup / 125 ml Green Onion
1/4 Cup / 63 ml Bacon Bits

Directions

6-8 Lg Potatos 1 cup of shredded cheese Green Onion Small tub sour cream bacon bits Peel potatos and boil. Once potatoes are done, mash and add container of sour cream. Add half of potato in a casserole dish. Add half the cheese. Put remaining potato on top. Add cheese, green onion and bacon bits to top. Bake on 350 for 15-20mins or until cheese is melted.
