Baby Medley Potatoes With Stuffing

| 2lbs / 907g | baby medley potatoes |
| 1 box / 120g | box turkey stuffing |
| 1 | medium onion diced |
| 1tbp / 15ml | butter |
| 1tsp / 5ml | oregano |
Directions
Steam 2lbs of baby medley potatoes. Prepare 1 box of Turkey stuffing mix as directed. In a skillet add 1 tablespoon of butter, diced onions and sauté until onions are translucent. Place steamed baby potatoes in large bowl. Pour butter and onion mixture on top and add 1 teaspoon of oregano. Toss well.
