|1/2 tsp / 2.5 ml||Dry Crushed Chilli Pepper|
|to taste||Coarse Sea Salt|
Directions1) Slice your potato length wise, then into french fries about 1/2 inch thick. 2) Toss them into a bowl with the oil, chilli pepper and salt. 3) Place your seasoned fries onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. 4) Sprinkle with sea salt Serve with your favorite condiment: I suggest the lemon lime mayo to help balance the french fries. Lemon lime Mayo: 3 tbsp(45ml) real mayonnaise 1 lemon, juice only 1 lime, juice only In a small bowl mix all 3 ingredients and serve. Simple, easy and great for a last minute snack.
