Annabelle and Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredient Amount
4 large Annabelle Potatoes
1 tsp / 5 ml Sea Salt, coarse ground
1 tbsp / 15 ml Fresh or dried Rosemary
1 tsp / 5 ml Fresh cracked pepper
2 tbsp / 30 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1) Wash & Cut potatoes into quarters (peeling optional) 2) Put all ingredients together in a plastic bag than add your potatoes and shake well. 3) Empty ingredients from bag onto a baking sheet. 4) Bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 min (or until browned and tender) Serves 4
