Annabelle and Rosemary Potatoes

4 large | Annabelle Potatoes |
1 tsp / 5 ml | Sea Salt, coarse ground |
1 tbsp / 15 ml | Fresh or dried Rosemary |
1 tsp / 5 ml | Fresh cracked pepper |
2 tbsp / 30 ml | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
Directions
1) Wash & Cut potatoes into quarters (peeling optional) 2) Put all ingredients together in a plastic bag than add your potatoes and shake well. 3) Empty ingredients from bag onto a baking sheet. 4) Bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 min (or until browned and tender) Serves 4This potato recipe is brought to you courtesy of Don Wilson.
