Ultimate Honey Annabelle (baked potato)

2 | Annabelle potatoes |
1 oz / 28 g | Olive oil |
1 oz / 28 g | Fresh local honey |
to taste | Coarse sea salt |
to taste | Milled pepper |
2 tsp / 10 ml | Sour cream(optional) |
2 oz / 57 g | Shredded cheddar cheese(optional) |
1 oz / 28 g | chopped green onions(optional) |
Directions
1) Cut each potato 3/4 way through 10 to 12 times than rub the potato with oil. 2) Place in a roasting pan then drizzle the honey over the cracks of the potatoes, finish with sea salt, pepper and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 3) Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and green onion.This potato recipe is brought to you courtesy of Chef Alain Bosse.
