Ultimate Honey Annabelle (baked potato)

Ingredient Amount
2 Annabelle potatoes
1 oz / 28 g Olive oil
1 oz / 28 g Fresh local honey
to taste Coarse sea salt
to taste Milled pepper
2 tsp / 10 ml Sour cream(optional)
2 oz / 57 g Shredded cheddar cheese(optional)
1 oz / 28 g chopped green onions(optional)


1) Cut each potato 3/4 way through 10 to 12 times than rub the potato with oil. 2) Place in a roasting pan then drizzle the honey over the cracks of the potatoes, finish with sea salt, pepper and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 3) Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and green onion.
