|1 oz / 28 g||Fresh local honey|
|to taste||Coarse sea salt|
|to taste||Milled pepper|
|2 tsp / 10 ml||Sour cream(optional)|
|2 oz / 57 g||Shredded cheddar cheese(optional)|
|1 oz / 28 g||chopped green onions(optional)|
Directions1) Cut each potato 3/4 way through 10 to 12 times than rub the potato with oil. 2) Place in a roasting pan then drizzle the honey over the cracks of the potatoes, finish with sea salt, pepper and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 3) Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and green onion.
