|1/2 Cup / 125 ml||Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese|
|1 Cup / 250 ml||Cheese|
|1 Cup / 250 ml||Bacon|
DirectionsBake potatoes at 350 until you can pierce with a fork. Let stand a few minutes to cool than slice potato in two length wise. Scoop out the potato with a spoon without damaging the skin. Put all the potato into a bowl and mash. Then take a cup of warm milk and mix it in to the potato. Add butter and stir until it becomes creamy. Now add the herb and garlic cream cheese and bacon and mix well. Add shredded cheese and fold in. Take the mixture and place back into the potato skins and top with a little shredded cheese. Place back in oven until cheese melts.
