|5 lbs / 2500 g||White Potatoes|
|1/4 lb / 125 g||Butter|
|3/4 cup / 180 ml||Cream cheese|
|1/2 lb / 250 g||Bacon|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||Green onion|
|1 large||Sweet Potato|
|2 tsp / 10 ml||Salt|
|1/4 cup / 63 ml||Milk|
DirectionsPeel potatoes...boil for 7 minutes then add sweet Potato and cook until soft. In the meantime cook bacon and cut into small pieces, put aside. Slice green.onions, put aside. Mash cooked potatoes with a masher then beat with a fork until smooth. Add butter, salt and cream cheese mix thoroughly. Stir in bacon, green onion and milk to get to desired consistency. Put into a 9X9 greased casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
