|1/2 cup / 250 ml||Butter|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Salt|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Pepper|
|1 tsp / 5 ml||Dried Parsley|
|1/4 cup / 50 ml||Parmesan cheese|
DirectionsBoil potatoes until easily pierced with a fork. Remove from pot and place individually on large foil lined baking sheet. Turn on oven to broil on high. Using potatoe masher, individually mash potatoes until skin just breaks, don't over mash! Chop garlic finely and add to butter. Brush potatoes heavily with butter mixture. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese, add more to your own taste. Place in oven and leave until slightly brown and crispy. Serve with your favourite main dish!
