Potato Puffs

Ingredients

6-8 | Medium Potatoes |
2 Cups / 500 ml | Water |
to taste | Salt |
1/2 Cup / 125 ml | Milk |
1 Tbsp / 15 ml | Butter |
1/4 Cup / 63 ml | Cream Cheese |
1/2 tsp / 2.5 ml | Lemon Pepper |
Directions
1. Boil potatoes in water until cooked through. Mash well adding the milk, butter, cream cheese and seasoning(s). 2. Use a cookie sheet or baking dish, cover bottom with parchment paper. 3. Using an icing bag and wide tip put about 1 cup of the potato mixture in the bag, squeeze out about a 1/4 cup at a time on the parchment paper in a cone shape pile....do this until you have used up all the potato mixture. You should get about 10 -12 potato puffs. 4. Melt about 2 tbsp of butter and drizzle over the puffs. 5. Bake at 350 degrees until golden colour.
