|2 cups / 500 ml||Potatoes|
|1 tbsp / 15 ml||Flour|
|1/2 tsp / 2 ml||Pepper|
|1/2 tsp / 2 ml||Salt|
DirectionsGrate enough potatoes for two full cups. Place in mixing bowl. Add the salt, pepper and egg, mix together. Make patties and fry really good until golden brown.
