|5 medium||Potatoes cut up (like hashbrowns)|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Peppers, red and green|
|1 small / 1 small||Onion|
|small can / small can||Corn|
|2 tbsp / 30 ml||Butter|
DirectionsPlace all ingredients into foil, wrapped up. Place on the bbq for 45 mins on top rack, until veggies are soft. Enjoy!! This is a BBQ favorite side in our house!
