|1/4 cup / 60 ml||Parsley|
|2 cups / 500 ml||Mozzarella cheese (shredded)|
|1 cup / 250 ml||Heavy Cream (10-18%MF)|
DirectionsPreheat oven to 350F Peel and slice the potatoes into thin circles. In a greased, square baking pan, press a layer of potatoes into the bottom (sprinkle with pepper & salt), next layer with ½ of the ham slices followed by sliced cheese. Layer with potatoes, ham and cheese again. Sprinkle bacon and parsley on top of cheese, add another layer of potatoes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of potatoes, pressing it into an even layer. In a small bowl, mix the cream and eggs together. Pour on top of the shredded cheese. Bake for about 40 min (or until potatoes are cooked through) and cheese is a golden brown. Cool slightly, then serve!
