|3||Hard boiled eggs, mashed|
|4 tbsp / 60 ml||Miracle whip salad dressing|
|2 tsp / 10 ml||Whiter sugar|
|1/2 cup / 125 ml||Frozen peas|
|1/3 cup / 80 ml||Shredded carrot|
DirectionsPeel, boil and mash potatoes. Cook Hard boil eggs , peel and mash. Microwave peas in warm water for 2 minutes, drain. Peel and cut up apple. Mix eggs ,mashed potatoes, diced apple, peas, shredded carrot, sugar and miracle whip together in a bowl. Sprinkle paprika on top. Refrigerate.
